Rixter AB develops and sells software applications designed to integrate with third-party platforms such as Atlassian Jira/Confluence, Microsoft Azure DevOps and JetBrains YouTrack. Our Apps are distributed through official third-party marketplaces and are subject to both these Terms and the applicable marketplace terms.

2. Scope of Service

• • Our Apps extend or enhance functionality of supported third-party platforms.
• • We do not operate or control these platforms.
• • Use of an App requires a valid account and license for the relevant platform (e.g. Azure DevOps or YouTrack).

We may update, modify, or discontinue Apps at any time.

3. Licensing and Access

• • Apps are licensed, not sold.
• • A license grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App within your organization, subject to the applicable license terms.
• • License scope (such as number of users or projects) depends on the App and the marketplace through which it is distributed.

4. Trials and Subscriptions

• • Some Apps may include trial periods.
• • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
• • You are responsible for managing your subscription through the relevant marketplace or licensing mechanism.

5. Fees and Payments

• • Fees are stated at the time of purchase.
• • Prices may vary based on usage tiers or organization size.
• • Taxes may apply depending on your location.

Payment processing and invoicing may be handled by a third-party payment provider.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Statutory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• • Use the App in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
• • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code unless permitted by law.
• • Interfere with the App’s operation or security.
• • Use the App in a way that breaches the terms of the underlying platform.

8. Data and Privacy

• • Apps may process data from the connected platform to provide functionality.
• • We do not claim ownership of your data.
• • Data handling is described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to process any data used with the App.

9. Availability and Support

• • Apps are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
• • We aim to maintain reasonable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• • Support is provided as described on the App’s marketplace listing or documentation.

10. Third-Party Platforms

• • Our Apps depend on third-party platforms and APIs.
• • We are not responsible for outages, changes, or limitations caused by those platforms.
• • Changes to third-party platforms may affect App functionality.

11. Intellectual Property

• • All intellectual property rights in the Apps remain with Rixter AB.
• • You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Apps except as expressly permitted.

12. Limitation of Liability

• • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• • Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the App during the 12 months preceding the claim.

This does not limit liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to an App if:

• • These Terms are breached.
• • Required by law or marketplace rules.

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via our website or marketplace listing.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved by Swedish courts, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
